We are currently seeking an experienced Slitter Operator to join a well-established and innovative Australian manufacturer specialising in high-quality flexible packaging solutions, including films, bags, perforation, and printing services.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a company that is a leader in its field, recognised for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. In this full-time, permanent day shift role (6:00am – 2:30pm), you will be primarily responsible for the efficient setup and operation of slitting machinery, ensuring products are processed to precise specifications and in accordance with production targets.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience operating slitting equipment within a manufacturing environment, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards.

The Person & Skills Required:

• Previous experience as a Slitter Operator within the printing or packaging industry
• Works well autonomously and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

Negotiable for the right person, the remuneration guide is from $35 – $40 per hour.

***You must have full working rights to work in Australia as visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided for this role.***
