Prepress Operator

Are you an experienced Prepress Operator with a background in labels and packaging? Join a well-established company specialising in label solutions for the packaging and promotional merchandise industry, serving global markets across home & personal care, premium food & beverage, healthcare & specialty, automotive & durables, and consumer goods.

The successful candidate will be a prepress professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a dynamic team. This is a day shift role (Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm), offering stability and the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across all areas of the Prepress department, including:
  • Client liaison and artwork preparation
  • Stepping files and file management
  • Ordering and receiving tooling
  • Plate making and CTP processes
• Ensure high-quality file preparation for production
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Maintain efficiency in file management and workflow 

What We’re Looking For:

• Prepress experience in a label or packaging environment (preferred)
• Strong technical skills in Adobe, Esko, and CTP workflows
• Experience with file preparation & management
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
• A team player
