Bindery Operator

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Bindery Operator or Bindery Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to take on a hands-on role in our busy bindery department.

About the Role

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing a range of finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating various finishing equipment
• Maintaining equipment and troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensuring all jobs meet quality and timeline requirements.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline production processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience as a Bindery Operator or Supervisor in a high-paced production environment.
• Trade Skills: A tradesperson with expertise in operating and maintaining bindery equipment.
• Leadership (if Supervisor): Ability to oversee a team, plan workflows, and train staff as required.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
